The central objective of a course in International Management is to study the problems facing business organizations in the world setting.  Business strategy is used in this course as a unifying theme to explore the global economy and the impact of managerial decisions in an international environment. Comparative management issues are examined in an effort to understand and facilitate strategic alliances and cross-cultural communication.  This is the capstone course for students declaring international business as an area of concentration.
