Introduction

"Statics course addresses the topics of equilibrium of particles and rigid bodies in two and three dimensions. It include: free body diagram, vector analysis, centroids, center of gravity, moment of inertia, distributed loads, truss analysis, simple structures and machines, friction and internal actions in static equilibrium with applied forces and couples. "
