Introduction

Human resourses development is a set of systematic and planned activities designed by an organization to provide its members with the necessary skills to meet current and future job demands.
This course focuses on concepts, processes and practices that form the fundamentals of Human Resource Development (HRD). It examines in depth the components of HRD, including Training and Development, Career Development and Organization Development. It also explores the responsibilities of HRD Professionals and the major challenges they face in their organizations at national and international levels.
